It provides very lightweight moisture but enough to prep for makeup if you have drier skin so, you can in fact use as a facial primer if you’d like to. It’s also a nice way to prep for lightweight makeup as well! I travel a lot and I try really hard to keep it light when I do and this is a nice way to just take some moisture on the road with me. It’s a cooling, hydrating balm that can be used anywhere on your face including under your eyes as it contains caffeine to help with puffiness. Wet n Wild’s version is a chunky little 0.35 oz swivel up balm that’s the exact same blue as Milk Makeup’s version. However, the two products do not have the same ingredients. If you can’t really see yourself dishing out $24 for Milk’s version or just love a good budget option you’ll likely love Wet n Wild’s Focus Hydrating Stick. I think sticks like this can be cute but most importantly they are great for travel! Not to mention Wet n Wild Photo Focus Hydrating Stick is an obvious nod at Milk Makeup’s Cooling Water which is much more expensive.
